Employer questions

A little clarity
before you begin.

Here are the key steps for using your employer account, posting a vacancy and reviewing applications.

Ask AirHR a question
How do I post my first job?

Open Post a Job, sign in or use the registration options on the form, then add the role and company details. Preview your listing and submit it.

Where can I manage my vacancies?

Sign in and open your Employer Dashboard. Your account shows the jobs you own and the available management options for each listing.

How do I see who has applied?

Open Employer Applications while signed in to the account owning the job. Applications submitted through AirHR include candidate details, a message and the uploaded CV. Applications sent only through an external website or ordinary email are not added to this dashboard.

Who can access an applicant’s CV?

The applicant, the employer account owning the job and authorised AirHR administrators can access the submitted CV through their accounts. Employer review notes are not shown in the candidate’s application history.

When will my vacancy appear on the jobs page?

Follow your listing’s status from your employer dashboard after submission. If approval is required, it will appear publicly after it has been reviewed and published.

What should I do when the role is filled?

Manage the vacancy from your Employer Dashboard and mark it as filled when that option is available. Updating a candidate’s application to Hired does not automatically close the job listing.
